When comics were 15 cents. Recently I paid up to $5.99 for the Batman Gotham County Line series. I wonder how much other people pay per week for comics. I average about $25 a week-- and I only buy trades once in a blue moon.
Ah, gotta love the old days, when you could buy about 20 comics and only pay five or six bucks. I payed that much for Batman Year 100 #1 and I'm telling you, it has about one-sixth of the entertainment value or the comics from the late 60s/early 70s.
Weekly, I spend somewhere between 15-25 dollars, depending on the week, with an occasionally trade some weeks.
I also am at about $25/week but have gone up to almost double that at times. Then I look through the books when I get home and wonder why I bought about half of them...And ditto on the trades. Rarely - and usually only if I miss a great series or a special occasion. The next one I plan on purchasing is the Moon Knight Essentials coming out soon. Lots of story for not a lot of $$$.

I usually range from 15 dollars to 30 dollars a week and it's STEEP habit.
I stay around the $25.00 range, too, but I've also cut back on the amount of series I used to keep up with, too.
