I know I read that she was joining the Lost cast, but now chose to join the ever expanding Heroes cast instead.

It looks absolutely charming and wonderful (so I'm sure it'll be canceled in six episodes...)
I'll watch THE BIONIC WOMAN 'cus it's got Starbuck in it. And Michelle Ryan's bionic jubblies.
I'll miss 'Veronica Mars'.However, I can't say I was too excited about their plans to "timeshift" Veronica several years in the future, when Veronica is now in the FBI academy.
Well, at least the actors and the characters would have been the same age then (that's a pet peeve about U.S. TV at the best of times: dudes practically in their thirties playing teenagers).
The first 2 seasons of VM were amazing; the third was a letdown. Even I thought it should be cancelled. It seemed the great ensemble cast was wittled away until it was all Veronica. Not enough Weevil or Wallace or Mac..
Mark is right; in real life the actors have married and divorced when on TV they are 'getting ready for the prom'
